I’m an operations leader with 20+ years of hands-on experience managing the day-to-day functions that keep businesses running effectively. My background includes payroll, vendor payments, financial processes, inventory control, budgeting, compliance, systems, process improvement, and leadership support.

My career spans both large organizations and startup environments. Earlier in my career, I managed pharmaceutical distribution operations at H.D. Smith, with responsibilities across payroll, inventory, budgets, compliance, vendor management, and process improvement. More recently, as Director of Operations at Best Agent Today, I’ve taken on a broad operational role that includes payroll, vendor payments, systems and technology, cross-functional coordination, and leadership support.

What I enjoy most is finding better ways to work. I combine practical operations experience with process improvement, automation, and AI tools to reduce repetitive work, improve workflows, and help organizations operate more efficiently.
